Join us to explore student perceptions of learning and how these perceptions impact how they approach learning.  Experience 7 strategies during the session that you can use with your students to broaden their view of learning to include more than memorization of facts and “being right.”

After this session, you will be able to:

  • Identify multiple levels of learning.
  • Engage in 7 example activities to use on the first day or week of class to shift students’ definitions of learning.
  • Use strategies to continue making learning transparent through language of learning in your course design, syllabus, assignments, activities, assessments, and feedback.

Be able to access your course syllabus.
