Open only to UWM Faculty, Teaching Academic Staff, and Graduate Teaching Assistants

While you can contact CETL for support at any time, this CETL Help Session provides an opportunity for UWM instructors to ask questions of CETL staff in real time using the online synchronous tool Collaborate Ultra. You need only a browser and an internet connection to participate.

There is no formal agenda for CETL Help Sessions. Participants should be prepared to ask specific questions about pedagogical strategies for moving a course online, about UWM’s supported technologies for teaching (such as Canvas, My Media, or Collaborate Ultra), or about any other teaching-related concerns.

Because CETL Help Sessions are open to multiple participants in a group environment, questions asked during the session will be addressed in the order in which they are received. Participants do not need to stay for the entire hour-long session (but are welcome to) once their questions have been answered.

Please contact the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning to request accommodations or with any questions.
