Developing content for D2L through text, images, and audio

Interested in learning more about creating a course overview or providing your students with a short Voiceover PowerPoint to draw attention to the important parts of the content in your online or blended course? This 2-hour workshop will focus on the pedagogical and technical aspects of developing instructor-authored content online through the use of text, images, and audio.

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

Save a Microsoft Word document as a .pdf
Save a PowerPoint with notes as a .pdf
Upload PDF documents to the D2L Content page
Create a Voiceover PowerPoint presentation with iSpring Free
Upload an iSpring Free Voiceover PowerPoint presentation to D2L
Choose a content delivery method based on need and other considerations

Note: Workshops with less than 3 participants may be canceled at the discretion of the presenter. This workshop is intended for those who are, or expect to be, teaching blended or online courses. A basic working knowledge of D2L is assumed.
